GPS vs NOAA Charts and How to Read Them

I found this great presentation on NOAA charts, how to read them, and some of the issues with relying on GPS and zooming to close on electronic version of the charts. It is a powerpoint presentation, and although it may be old hat for many, I found it very educational.
