Harmonic file for Mediterranean tide

Hello to everybody,
I’m looking for an harmonic file to be used with Qtvlm for Mediterranean Sea.
The ones 8’ve found on the web I deem contain at least one error for Genoa since the whole tide curve is below zero. (See attached picture)

This is both with Qtvlm and Opencpn
