Hawaii to Seattle, madness?

Hello Everyone,
We are considering putting the boat in Hawaii for the cyclone season and sailing it to Vancouver in May. A long route, 2400+ Nm, windward and northerly. Has anybody done this? 90% guarantee of being hit by at least one gale? 8+ days of bashing against the waves? Or not necessarily? Any comments are welcome! Regards, Arjan

Vancouver? Oregon? or British Columbia?

We've made the trip, but in September and October. October is too late in the season.

From Hawaii to Seattle in early September is ok. Start in August.

Oh, sorry, read your schedule wrong.
