Headed North Mobile to Chicago (current conditions 5 2020?)

Can anyone comment on the current river navigation conditions headed North from Mobile to Chicago? And specifically the water levels at the AT&S fixed bridge near Chicago? The stated max vessel height is 19' 1" - but curious if the water level is high, meaning the max height is diminished.
