iNavX Chart Cost

Only Navionics has the policy to have different chart pricing for each platform. All the other charts sold from X-Traverse (i.e. CHS, NV-Charts, Wavey Line) can be purchased once and be used on iPhone, iPad and/or Mac/PC. Unfortunately I have zero control over chart policy or pricing.

This is the part I can't understand. How?

If I buy some NV-Charts, which are the same as Navionics I guess? How can I use these on my Mac, Plotter, iPhone? Your app doesn't support this, I can't find any that do, same with the Mac apps.

They all seem linked into these crazy 'iPad only' systems, etc.

Unless I'm missing something?

The NV-Charts are purchased from X-Traverse website. They can then be loaded into iNavX (for iPhone/iPad) and MacENC (for Mac) or Fugawi (For PC). NV Charts are not the same as Navionics charts.
