ISailor Support no help when charts won’t restore

Got a new iPad and went to set up iSailor which I have on my iPhone and iPad mini. But charts will not restore. ISailor support just keeps saying hit restore and enter password but this doesn’t work. Any ideas?

I’m sure you’re doing it from the “purchased charts” tab. What you might try is to delete the app from your iPad, reboot the iPad, reinstall the app and then try the iSailor restore. That’s all I got...
