Marsh Harbour after Dorian

Has anyone dropped an anchor in Marsh Harbour, Abacos, Bahamas recently? I was wondering about the dangers of floating obstacles, provisioning, water etc. there. Is it safe?

Yeah. About 3 weeks ago. We brought our sailcat into both the inner harbour and also Boat Harbour Marina. Biggest issue was the lack of docking help at BHM. Maxwells is open and stocked well. Dingy dock is dodgy also at Inner Harbour.
Oh, and the BDF has a large encampment there too.

We were there in May and if anything I felt it was safer (ashore) than previous years. I'm not saying that I felt unsafe at all previous years, other than being in the wrong part of town at night. There are just fewer (local) people around than there used to be.

it was pretty easy to see the submerged wrecks still in the water. Be careful in your dingy - there is a lot of debris in the water near shore.
