I have downloaded Navionics. Very good. Also have it on my Android system Pad. They cost a few dollars but cheap backups compared to my plotter which does almost as much.

Marine Navigator Lite works well too. You will have to download charts and save them on your SD card. I was impressed and its free.

Another Navionics user. If I remember, I think it's $9.95 for all the US maps. I also got the Caribbean and South America maps for $14.95, as I cruise that area. Pretty cheap back up with great maps. My .02c.....

I am using OruxMaps with very good results. You can also import .gpx and .kml optimized routes from qtVlm. Program has a variety of on-line maps and can also import converted .kap maps via OruxMaps Desktop. Great program!!
