Good on 'em for getting her off, hope it's safe in port.

Amazing to see her floating heeled over like that. Maybe she's a sail boat.

She's laying on a sandbank... there'll be a few cricketers worried about missing some games this year..

Re: Navigation Marks...

They had one do that in Alaska a few years back, not run aground, but lay on her side. They towed her back to Dutch Harbor and righted her with minimal damage to the cargo of cars, they were well lashed down I guess. Quick rum report from a recent delivery to Trinidad. The 1919 rum was okay, and the Single Barrel was much better. Nice weather once we got there, noticed more than a few yacht type yards there for haul out, and a few nice anchorages in the area of Chaguaramas, got to talk with a local, who said the fishing on the windward side was great.

Re: Navigation Marks...

I see she dragged anchor in the high winds last night. I guess the salvage crew can't get on board because of the weather. In the Cougar Ace salvage one man died when he slipped down the deck. That is an interesting read and after salvaging the vessel Mazda scrapped every car on board.
