Navigation with downloadable satellite images on iPhone?

Is there any app for the iPhone (or Android) that would have the following features:

1) accurate satellite images
2) GPS position on top of those
3) works offline (with downloadable satellite images)

Navionics has the first two, but I don't think #3?

Coral heads are so very clearly visible on the sat images that it would nice to have the iPhone as a second pair of eyes when trying to avoid them.

Hmm. Ovitalmap (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ovit...505884327?mt=8) seems to do this. Have to test the accuracy.

As a side note I noticed that the sat images from New Providence to the Exuma islands are much better on Bing than on Google (more waves on Google, less visible coral heads).

Just leaving a note here that we came back and it worked like a charm! The corals on the sat images seemed to match up really nicely with the real world.
