Navionics Chart Exchange

Does anybody know if there is a web-site that allows users to swap/exchange electronic chart cartridges? I am now in the Caribbean and have a Navionics CF card for South America that I am trying to swap for the England and Ireland card but so far without success. Up until now I have successfully cruised with just two cards and have managed to swap the one I'm not using with the one I need next, Australia for the Pacific, Pacific for South America, New Zealand for Caribbean etc. I find that if you put it on the local net you can eventually find someone going to opposite direction to you but it seems like the Caribbean cruisers are either already prepared for South America or they aren't moving on from here.

People sell the cards on e-Bay so I can't see why it would be a problem if there was a web-site that enabled cruisers to exchange them, it's no different to selling one and buying another one secondhand ?

I'm hoping there is a web-site for this and I just haven't been able to find it! Any help gratefully received or if anyone wants to swap the South America CF card for the England and Ireland one, get in touch. Cheers
