Need B&B Vulcan 7 help!

I recently sailed from the Chesapeake up to NYC. About 10nm south of Sandy Hook, my chartplotter ran out of chart. I’m heading all the way to Maine and I need to download charts for the rest of my trip. Supposedly, I can buy them directly on the chartplotter via the “store” tab. But when I try to open the tab, it keeps telling me “”server not trusted” or just crashing and restarting. I have a 16BG card so storage shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve tried taking the card out and plugging it into my laptop and downloading the charts directly from the Navionics website but fails too.
