NOAA Hurricane URL for Batch Download from a Sat Phone

Need to pull down NOAA Hurricane graphics from a sat phone in batch mode ( based on a static list of NOAA web pages) . This is much faster/cheaper on the sat $ than browsing the web, but can I be *sure* NOAA is not going to change the name of the URL ?

For example at the moment (Sept 12) I want to know I can get this in mid October :
