Nobeltec 8

I have west coast charts on disc for Canada that I can not get loaded onto Nobeltec and they do not have support for this anymore.
Has anyone done this or know how to?
Is there free charts somewhere that I could on-line for Nobeltec or Captains program (cpn)?

Does the Nobletec software run on your computer? I have a copy of Virtual Navigation Suite on a laptop running Vista. It is a back up option however, to get it up and running I use the Run as Administrator command and its good to go. The Lotus tutorial does not operate.

Yes the program is running fine. I have Ak charts on it, but I need Canada west coast.
