Non-stop to Bahamas from Halifax, Canada - in late fall: Suicide? Advice please.

Love to know about the trip from Victoria to Halifax, north west passage perhaps?

Interesting string, but I must say seems that the best course of action might be to buy some heaters ... folks do live on boats on the east coast of Canada.

This is not about LGBT discrimination any longer as they now have the papers to stay in LGBT progressive Canada. They make it clear in the posts that this is about escaping winter. They evidently hate winter so much that they'd prefer to go to the much less LGBT progressive Bahamas

I can understand why this doesn't create much sympathy from Canadians - most of whom have to stay in Canada for the winter too.

They should haul the boat and move ashore. Rents are cheap in Halifax in winter. And next summer, they can cruise the Maritimes. Much better cruising than the Bahamas.
