Ovitalmap Maps no longer usable with GE or Bing

I looked to see if this was posted but could not see any updates

For those of you that have used Ovitalmap Maps in the past to load and save Google Earth or Bing images a recent upgrade removed that capability.

While we had problems in the past with Ovitalmaps removing saved images in French Polynesia we know a number of people who use the app.

If anyone know how to bring back GE or Bing into Ovitalmap Maps please let me know and I will pass onto folks in FP.

I am experiencing the same issue here in Queensland. Opened the iPad to download images of some offshore atolls we are going to visit and GE and Bing are not there. Also, it appears that all the GE and Bing I have downloaded in the past are gone.

A bit off topic, but you might try an app called "Offline Maps". Intried Ovital several years ago and failed. Offline Maps is easy. No affiliation, just a user.

Recently they have stopped using GE and Bing and only have a Chinese map. If you still have GE and Bing on Ovitalmap Maps DO NOt UPGRADE or you will lose them
