You’re welcome.

Thanks for this post and to BelizeSailor. I posted about a difficult delivery from Canal around west end of Cuba. At the time, I knew I needed more "easting" out of Canal to get a better angle on the seas that crowded me into Nicaraguan bank. This route to Port Antonio (Jamaica) makes a lot of sense. Nice ride in from there through the Bahamas. I'm a couple years from doing this for pleasure, but this thread definitely helps. Many thanks.

Happy to provide my experiences along this route. Feel free to contact me for any further info. FYI - Barcadere Marina on Grand Cayman, Errol Flynn Marina in Port Antonio, and there are new docks and dredge channel at Matthew Town, Great Inagua

Re: Panama to Ft. Lauderdale

We did our rest stop in Port Morant on the SE point of Jamaica which is mostly deserted except for a coastguard base. No glamour, no bills

Lucea Harbour just west of Ochi is a terrific hi-dee-hole as well.
