PolarView on iPad

Is anyone using PolarView MX version 1.21 on an iPad?
I have been using it for several years and now I find that the ActiveCaptain data will not update. I went to the app store to see if I could download a new version but polarview is no longer on the App Store at all.
I also have PolarView MX on my laptop and could not get active captain to update there either. It cost me $60 for a new version of PolarView and then active captain updated.
This all seems to have happened shortly after Jeff sold active captain to Garmin.
Is anyone else having this or similar problems?

Perhaps mxmariner will work still with active capt

Not sure about iOS, but my Windows version of PolarView went to a subscription model. I uninstalled it last week when the grace period expired. Too bad, that was my favorite charting app. I'll stick with OpenCPN.

MX Mariner on Android is probably my favorite charting app for a tablet/phone.
