route planning -- where to find a decent primer?
Our boat spent the past 3 years on the hard. Hopefully back on the water next month. Things change and I have to re-learn how-to.

1. What are good tools to plan a route? OpenNauticalChart looks decent. Anything much better?

2. Decent apps for offline route planning? We are on the Med. Back then we we using Navionics/Android.

3. What's the best way to move WPs from a planner to the autopilot/chartplotter? We have a Raymarine cSeries.
