Seaclear II chart updates

Good day, folks
I'm planning routes for a Seattle to Oahu passage next summer which involves a little coastal rock hopping. I'm using a charting software provided by the skipper - SeaClear II by Diginav. Seems fine, although I don't have any other experience to compare. However, Charts are from 2008. If you know of this platform and how to gain access to more recent charts, would you kindly reply with links or other resources.

If you've made this passage, or one like it, I would also like to connect to learn about your experience.

Seaclear uses Raster Navigation Charts (RNC) from NOAA for US waters. These are available for free download here:

Seaclear II is free from its developer at sping.com:

SeaClear GPS Navigation Software

The Sping website might have some information about Seaclear that Diginav did not copy onto their DVD.

I have used Seaclear, but my preferred navigation program is OpenCPN:
