SW Florida Navigation after Ian

Does anyone have local knowledge about the viability of the ICW since Ian tore things up. I need to move my boat from Moore Haven to Sarasota.
The CG Notice to Mariners indicates they have put in a lot of temporary channel markers but it would be nice to know if any of the anchorages are still usable or if the surge has changed things. Usually we'd stop at a couple of marinas along the way (Fort Myers, Captiva, Englewood) but nobody is answering the phone now so probably need to anchor.
Any encouragement that I can get this done would be appreciated

I always assume 5' draft. 1998 Jefferson 48.
