Here's the one I use on my laptop wxTide:
I had a small netbook, but no tide program loaded on it. Perhaps I'll try that for my next cruise.
In the meantime, I think the Rule is pretty nifty--it's a cool thing to know; I just haven't been in a situation where it would have been more crucial than simply knowing that the tide flows fastest at mid-tide.
