Tidal Stream Atlas?

Hi All.

I've been watching some YouTube videos on paper chart navigation, and one of them shows how to use the Tidal Stream Atlas and Diamonds to arrive at the tidal set and rate. Very educational stuff, so I want to find out where I can get this atlas so I can hone my skills before I need them. After doing a search for said atlas, all I come up with are UK results.

Are there such atlases for the United States, and if so, what are they called here?
Thanks
