Transferring Waypoints

Decided to use the new E-7 raymarine GPS/plotter. But now I need to transfer ALL my waypoints from garmin/mapsource to Raymarine/Navionics protocall. And I have no idea how to do this

JusDreaming,

There is a program called GPS Babel that will let you convert waypoint files in your PC from almost any known ptotocol to any other known protocol. (I used it to conver between Garmin and Raymarine formats.. See GPSBabel: convert, upload, download data from GPS and Map programs

Another story is how to transfer the waypoints between your PC and the plotter... I presume you have that under control..

Re: Transferring Waypoints

I just downloaded and installed it on my Windows 7 Pro machine. The program started and ran fine.

Re: Transferring Waypoints

So how does one transfer waypoints between a PC (OpenCPN) and a chartplotter (Std Horizon CPP390i)?
