West Coast Tides and Currents

I have been looking for a comprehensive tides and currents table from SF to Seattle for July of this year. It would be good to understand when slack tides occur for bar crossings. So far what I have turned up is spotty.

Any suggestions?

Suggested is to go to the source. See, link.

For practical purposes what I do is procure a tide book from any Tom, Dick, or Harry at any bait shop or fuel dock or what have you. You may safely and accurately interpolate between high and low tides and between harbors.

Being somewhat of a pedantic detail oriented science buff/nerd I study the calculations and have found I can accurately interpolate the tide for any harbor from Mex to AK (having been there to first hand observe) that the calculations are correct quite nearly to the red hair on a gnat's ass.

I keep a hard copy of tide books and current (when and where available) as backup to the ones found in most chartplotters. The chartplotter data is very accurate and is easy to read for novices when learning. I also keep an app on my phone for easy refrence when ashore.
