What Nav Program to Open .scn Files?

In prep for trip to Mexico I got a disk of chart files. The folder is titled "Mexico to Panama Pacific SENC" and contains files where each chart is a single file. File names are like "Alijos Rocks.snc". Files range in size from 10 KB to over 2 MB.

These do not read in OpenCPN, and I believe they are encrypted to open only with specific navigation software program.

Does anyone know what navigation software works with these .scn files?

Thanks

I had no problem "getting" the same "disk" as you, with minimum searching on the net.....

I think that Global Navigation Software Company is what you're looking for.

What you get is likely an old set of US raster charts, well known to be inaccurate, if used together with a GPS. The are probably more appropriate if used with traditional navigation methods. There are heaps written about this Mexican problem on the Net. Be warned!
