Givens Life Raft

Has anybody in the Northeast had their Givens Life Raft serviced in the last couple years? If so, who was the service agent. i dealt with Jim Givens years ago, quite a character, but not with the new owners. Givens seems like the only raft company that isn't serviced by independent service centers.
