Re: Info concerning marina conditions in Daytona Beach

After some info from ‘Live aboard’ friends in Daytona..there’s no electric and internet to a majority of Daytona..thus no fuel and the ‘famous’ Daytona’s Main St. Bridge is closed until bridge inspection is completed .
There are reports of more sunken boats both in the Halifax river as well a sunken vessel in Halifax Harbor marina..which I understand USCG put retaining booms around for fuel leak retainment..as there are no marina personal responding to situations that have occurred in this marina. Luckily there are live aboards present whom are vigilant and are responding to individual vessel needs . Thank you live aboards👍

Re: Info concerning marina conditions in Daytona Beach

The boat which had the tragedy aboard , both owners killed, was towed to Nova Scotia by USCG. I was thinking poor boat rescued and tied up face on to a hurricane.
