Kudos to Bushnell Binoculars

I had a pair of Bushnell binoculars with a compass that I loved and have used for the past 10 years. I was on passage, and they slid off a seat and hit the cockpit floor. One of the prisms dislodged, and they were no longer binocular.

I called Bushnell, followed their easy online procedure, and mailed them back with a $10 shipping and handling fee. This was on May 7th. I received a brand new pair of the same model binoculars AND a promo code to by anything from Bushnell I would like for 50% off.
