Pirates vs Impotent Navy
Is this how navies fights pirates?
Dutch disarm 12 pirates off coast of Somalia

"Sailors destroyed the two fast skiffs and released the pirates with enough food, water and gas to reach shore."

I am not surprised they cannot get any meaningful results. Pirates are probably laughing their butts off and are back in water by now.
