If that were to happen to this boat, the gremlin had better be well disguised as there may be a chance of surveillance (see scdlink.com), which could result in some negative consequences unplanned by the mischief maker. It's generally best to discuss issues with the parties involved than to initiate a covert action. Seriously, the unit is not an irritant, so far, to the neighbors who don't have feathers to ruffle.
