Quite a few years ago, C&C had designs and a production date for a 43ft 131. Orders came in but they never built the boat. I was just wandering why they stopped it.

Ya, my wife and I were really very excited when we saw designs for the boat. That enthusiasm only grew when we saw the boat for sale on yachtworld. It looked like a return to the past; the fat tranny was gone a sheer was developed and the cabin finally came together. It had a powerful sailplan and just had the look of a nice boat. So we waited and waited, even talked to some brokers/C&C dealers about it. But it never came. It was tantalizing, like waving a candy bar infront of a kid, not giving a dog his bone. It was awful :'(.
