I placed an order on the 8/22 and it stopped moving for over a week. After ten days I called Defender, very polite, but no help. Finally I submitted a request to the USPS, and days later my package was located in Puerto Rico - I live in Florida. Called Defender last Friday and they said they would quickly reship to me; after not seeing the new order on the Defender website or receiving a notice from them, I called this morning. Guess what? They said they’re going to ship the reorder soon. “Soon.”
