Ecoflow 2

Hello everyone, I am closing this month on a boat in the USVI, it is a 37' monohull. As I am sure most here know, it is insanely hot there, wondering if anyone has used an Ecoflow hooked up to shorepower as a source of AC and how effective it is. Is 5000 BTU enough to combat that kind of heat?
