Eno Stove Problems

Has anyone else had problems with the control knobs on their eno stove falling apart? We bought our Eno Le Chef in 2012 and have had to replace 7 knobs in that time. These have been happily replaced under warranty, but lets face it, it is just a pain. We have also had the solid stainless steel oven tray replaced twice as the runners on the bottom have snapped off as the tray has distorted when heated. Now we have had the knobs that hold the pot holders melt so that we cant use them, this was from heat from the oven, not from a stove burner. To top this off the oven door handle fell off the other day, they are held on with about 5mm screws. Oh yeah I was just reminded that we had to get the sea rails re-spot welded because they broke within a couple of days of installing the oven.
Everything has happily been replaced or repaired under warranty, so I'm not sure if I have just get a dodgy stove, or if this is a product problem they are keeping quiet because of their fast and friendly replacement of the faulty items.
Has anyone else had problems?

It should be noted that we live aboard full time and with 3 teens on board I bake bread most days and use the oven more than most, but no more than I used to in our motorhome and we never had problems with our ancient gas stove like these.

Re: Eno Stove Problems

We have one and all of the knobs have broken. We found replacements for them in a chandlery in the BVIs, they wanted $62 US each for them! Can you get more while still under warranty for future failures? Because they will fail. I want to replace the whole stove, ours is 12 years old has not aged well, just need to convince hubby.
