ICP SUNSEI Solar panel issues

I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but I had new solar panels crack, and contacted the manufacturer. I was told they were backordered. Six months later I have been told that my warranty claims aren't as important as meeting their commercial customers needs, and there is no estimate on my claim.
They said there was a manufacturing defect in the panels, so buyer beware.

yup ran into the same issue. problem with a panel. No repair or replacement.

so much for going 'green'. will bite you in the @ss every time trying to go 'green'
