South Atlantic S440 Wind vane, is it any good?
I am in the process of buying a windvane for my 34' Mamba, and have got what I think is a good price on a South Atlantic S 440 servo pendulum windvane. I have heard of Aries, Monitor, Sailomat, mr Vee, Hydrovane, Beaufort, Fleming, Cape Horn and a few Diy windvanes but not this one..
I have had a look at their website and it looks like this is a well established company, but it would have been nice to hear from someone that have actually used the S440.
