Standard Horizon Service

I bought a vhf radio about 2 months and it failed after 2 weeks of service. My
problem is that service seems non existent. Calling the company and staying on hold for an hour and twice emailing service and waiting for a response that comes has been frustrating, Does anyone have a suggestion of how to get the company's attention.

In the past I never had this problem. I always got good service and good equipment.

Anyone who has a constructive idea would be greatly appreciated.

Was this purchased new through an authorized dealer? If so, what advice has the authorized dealer provided?
