Convert Windows Program to Macintosh

I have published an Ebook (Cruising Anchorages Australia) using Windows Expression Web. People with Macintosh want to read my guide. Can I convert this Ebook program for use on the Macintosh OS ?

Thanks for the advice. What I want to do is to convert my Windows Ebook so that a person, who uses Macintosh OS can download the converted guide from my web page. I do not want to purchase a Macintosh and redo all of the guide.
