Barbara, you've done a very nice job; congratulations. And your EO cutter looks very shippy, indeed - a very handsome boat.

In looking thru the details of EIDOS, there's one entry I suspect is in error and which you might want to edit. The description states "Solid fiberglass hull with plywood-core...." I suspect you probably mean it has a solid (no core) hull with a plywood cored deck (that's in turn teak covered). This probably will mean nothing to a potential guest but, some day, might mean something to a buyer (perish the thought!) which is why I mention it. Ply cannot take a compound curve, which is one of many reasons why it isn't used for coring GRP hulls.

Good luck on your travels and we'll keep an eye out for you. My wife & I are aboard WHOOSH and will depart Lisbon in April for much the same run. We don't have the budget to support some of the S France ports you plan and expect to hop from Gib to the Balaerics and then on to Corsica, Sardinia and then possibly one of the tributaries of the Tiber, where yachties tie up for a while to visit Rome inexpensively. We're a 13M/42' ketch; please keep an eye out for us, too - you would be welcome to visit us for a chat, which I'm sure my wife would much enjoy. (Never enough contact with women for her out on the cruising trail, it seems).

Jack
