TMC flexible impeller

My TMC overfills lately. I have replaced vented loops and am now tackling replacing flexible impeller. I have the exploded view of parts but no idea how to go about the actual replacement. Nothing on YouTube to help. Anyone have any tips?

Simple, remove pump assembly from toilet, remove chopping blade from shaft, remove rigid waste impeller from shaft, remove four screws securing baseplate, remove baseplate from assembly revealing the soft input impeller, replace impeller and reassemble in reverse order ensuring that the small "bullet"like spacer is on the shaft after the impeller is installed as is the small o ring in the stainless plate. Re assemble the rest in reverse order to disassembly and install to toilet.
