Video Lessons for Beginners

I just came across this fantastic free video sailing lessons resource:

How to Sail a Boat | Expert Village Videos
How to Sail | Expert Village Videos

If anyone else has other similar resources, I'd be interested in seeing them. Cheers.

Instructional Videos

John Rousmaniere, the author of Annapolis Book of Seamanship, has 5 instructional DVDs available. They cover cruising under sail, heavy weather seamanship, safety at sea, navigation, and daysailors. I've watched the first two, and found them to be well-put together, basic introductions for beginners and good refreshers for those with more sailing experience.

Re: Video Lessons for Beginners

I was going to post about this guy myself, but I found this post. Anyway, I really like the way this guy is teaching while in action. Is there any DVDs out there with same kind of quality but for bigger boats? Preferable same sail system as Gemini 105MC. I am looking for a lot of talking, well shot videos and good audio.

I have seen some videos that leaves one more confused then before one watched the video, consequently I would like to avoid those dvds.
