Atkins & Hoyle Davits Issues

I have a set of model 1900 davits and they don't sit level on my boat. The length of the tubes in the arms are different by 1/2 inch and the angle of the tubes coming out of the al/mag shoulder castings are out so much that the pulleys on the ends are out of alignment by 3.5 inches. From the back of my boat, my dinghy hangs crooked and the solar panels look like they are twisted. I returned the davits in December at my expense for repairs and they returned worse than before. I am now getting delayed and put off for all sorts of reasons.
It is not my nature to run to a lawyer but what else can I do?

Copy your post on here and then join every forum related to sail/power boats on the net and paste it on a new thread....
then send it to the manufacturers along with a list of the forums... you should have a fair list by then...
if they're sensible/intelligent/savvy they'll replace them free of charge... what better publicity than a multi forum post about how nice they were in resolving your issue...
