Charter management in the Canaries?

Longer term I would like to buy a boat, but my sailing time is limited to ~5 weeks a year for the time being.

This makes new boat purchase a complete financial fail (~50% devaluation over 5 years with little use) atm. Three alternatives remained for sailing: chartering someone's boat, buying a used boat or enter a charter management program.

So far I was unlucky with google, does anyone know a good management program in the area?

I know, charter management is not about getting rich, but could be a solution to keep running costs at a minimum (unless chartered by morons...).

Nobody financing his/her boat in charter in the Med/Canaries?

I even found a worldwide program, where you can use your fellow charterer's boat. Sounds quite interesting, their pricing is quite high though.
