Try the multihull company. they've got two great brokers over there, Darrel based in Ft Lauderdale and Alexis based in Miami. Tony

look at this boat and forget the broker, I know the boat very well, and it is absolutely "cherry". It is totally outfitted for long range range cruising. And no one takes care of his boat like Buddy. Well no one I know!
Take the broker fee and head for the islands. You could not ask for a more honest owner, even though he is also a lawyer
