import tax (tarifs) on German sails in Washington State

Hello cruising community,
wish to import a new main from my sailmaker in Germany. Breakpoint is a German flaged boat in transit, currently located in Washington State.
What's the current rates in % of the invoice value.

Sails are Duty Free, unless imported from Cuba or North Korea in which case the duty is 30%

Hi David!
Currently we anchored at Port Hadlock, at the head of Port Townsend Bay.
Gusting 45 this Morning but now it 's back to fun.

yeah, fun... Gusting 42 at Pt Atkinson today, but Pelagia safely in her berth and us up in the mountains watching the snow.

Hope we'll get to cross paths... if you make it back to BC waters, down the road[emoji1696]
