Insurance mangles bay WA

I am purchasing a cat and have a mooring available in Mangles Bay near Rockingham WA

In seeking insurance I was told by one company that no-one will insure any boats moored in Mangles ay due to recent and consistent damage suffered at this anchorage in past storms

Does anyone have any experience of this or advice on who I can approach for insurance

Thanks
Geoff

Apparently, the Rockingham, Mangles Bay Moorings are only designed for winds to 40 knots.
“... I declare that at the time of inspection, this mooring was certified for the maximum length and weight as shown above and winds up to 40 knots ...”
