Removing Boat from USCG Registry ?

Seems the going rate to pay someone to look after this is $350. Both Jamel and I have been quoted this by a third party. Can this be done directly somewhat cheaper?

its a piece of cake just fill out the form. The big part is you have to get a title again if you don't have one from when it was put into the USCG

For the cost of $350 I'd rather leave it all in the hands of the document agent who knows exactly whats req'd, does the lot including title searches, applications, gets all the documents together and presents them duly signed sealed and delivered to me.

I will then be able to complete Australian Registration.

It's not difficult to do it yourself. It takes some work and research but it's worth it. The Coast Guard was very helpful during the process.
