Surveyer Recommendation - Jacksonville to Charleston

I had good luck with recommendations from the board when we were shopping for a broker, and now that we're finally in the negotiations stage on our boat, I'm looking for some surveyer recommendations.

The boat is in GA (Brunswick) and I figure someone located somewhere between Jacksonville and Charleston should be willing to travel there without me having to buy plane tickets and pay for multiple hotel nights. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against travel time and expenses for somebody good, but figure there has to be some good surveyers within a few hours of Brunswick.

So, anybody have someone to recommend?

I used a surveyor in that area, I won't mention his name here, but he would not open any pannels in the boat that required removing screws or other fasteners. This included the main electrical pannel. It is a question I would ask folks as you are narrowing your search. In my case I opened them myself but looking back feel that the survey I recieved was not as detailed as I wish it had been. For example, head operated fine during the survey, however we soon found when filled with more than a few pieces of tissue didn't operate well at all. House batteries, voltage was proper during survey, however when loaded, didn't hold charge long at all.
Good Luck in your search.
