Depending on your home country, your citizenship etc it may not be so easy to establish a banking account in a foreign country. Most local banks however can do an international wire transfer directly to the brokers bank account. Be careful of transferring funds especially to a foreign country unless you are very certain the deal will go through since it might take considerable time to get the money back. And most likely you will never get back all off it since there are wire fees at both ends and money conversion costs etc.
